not much difference in them tbh compared to 205 blocks really a lot of pub talk about them mainly has put people off them, had a long discussion with eric @ JEM engines who builds with 202/205/200's all day every day nearly.
i had one in my capri laser and drove just as good as a 202 block one my mate had. both standard engines converted to run unleaded and standard 32/36DGAV carbs.

Given the choice, I would not use anything but a long studded 200 Block, it just isn't worth the risk/hassle running anything else for a big power build.

never even knew about 207 blocks still being out there anymore, never hear about them.
as RS SPECIALIST says, people called me all names under the sun for using a 202 rather than 200 or 205 block on my capri engine, but if anything it ran better than a 205 one did, all in all i would never turn down a 202 block, and may buy mine back just incase something old skool comes my way again, fantastic engines get them while theyre still out there
